The retailers provide and run the loyalty schemes and are responsible for awarding loyalty rewards. It can take around seven working days for your loyalty balance to update, and this can vary between retailers. Check with the retailer if your purchase was eligible for rewards.
If you’re sure you’ve linked your loyalty card to the card you paid with, check the date of your purchase. The dates below are the last dates you could earn rewards automatically by paying with your Barclays debit or credit card – purchases after these dates don’t qualify:

You can also use these details if you have any questions about the loyalty scheme or your membership. If you need a replacement loyalty card, please contact the retailer directly.
